Ordering & Payment

All Bride & Seek Store prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Online
Orders placed online use PayPal to process payment.
PayPal offers built-in fraud protection and 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technologies, the online industry standard, to ensure that your credit card and personal information cannot be intercepted during the ordering process.
Pay online by Visa, Mastercard, Bank Account or PayPal Account.
Note that you DO NOT have to be a member of PayPal to purchase our products. Simply use your credit card, and you will not be required to sign up for an account.

Offline
Orders can also be placed offline via telephone. Please call (08) 9486 1240 between 9.00am-5.00pm WST Monday - Friday to place an order.
If you receive our recorded message service please leave your name, number and message stating that you wish to place an order from our store and we will return your call as soon as possible.
Payment for offline orders can be made by Australia Post money order, Cheque, Visa and Mastercard.
Your order will be processed within 14 days of your cleared payment being received.

 

Delivery

Bride & Seek delivers within Australia only.

Delivery is via Standard Mail (if an items purchase price is under $25 in value) or Registered Post (for items over $25 in value).
Please note with the Registered Post service you will need to have someone available to sign for your parcel when it arrives or you may wish to provide an alternate delivery address that better suits (your work address).
Applicable postage charges are calculated per item via the checkout system and also include packaging costs.
If placing an order for large quantities of multiple items we recommend the use of our offline ordering service to ensure that postage charges are calculated accurately for your specific order.

Delivery Times
We advise that orders are placed well before your event date to avoid disappointment.
We endeavour to dispatch parcels within 14 days of your cleared payment being received. Please allow an additional 3 days for items requiring personalisation. For large orders or in the event that we are out of stock of an item and cannot dispatch within the above timeframe we will notify you of the delay and a new estimated delivery date. Should this not be satisfactory, you will be given the option to cancel your order prior to the product/s being placed on backorder for you.

Damaged and Lost Parcels
All our items are checked thoroughly for damage prior to postage.
We regret we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels under the value of $25.
Items over $25 in value are automatically sent via Registered Post, which includes compensation should your parcel become lost or damaged in transit. Please inform us as soon as possible should you not receive a Registered Post parcel that has been confirmed as sent so that we can promptly lodge an enquiry with Australia Post.

 

Returns & Cancellations

The Bride & Seek Store does not accept cancellations or alterations to orders.

In addition we also do not accept return of goods for refund without prior approval.

The Bride & Seek Store will only exchange an item or provide you with a refund for the purchase price if the product is faulty or damaged.
Returnable items must be sent back to us within 7 days from the date your order is received and be unused with intact original packaging.

If a return is required due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately to receive assistance.

Unless the return is due to an error on our part, the postage is the responsibility of the customer and is not refundable.
No refund is given for:
Return packages that become lost
Personalised items
Cameras
CD's or software
Non returnable items sent back to us will not be returned, and no exchange or refund will be issued.

To make a return, please follow these instructions:
- Firstly contact us to request approval for a return
- Enclose a letter with your name, address, phone number, a brief reason for the return, and whether you would like an exchange or a refund. All exchanges are subject to availability.
